Nicholas sq. Is a great place to live. The staff are quick to fix problems. I have found them to be professional and friendly. Everything is organised and clean. It is very quiet here even though it is kid and pet friendly. There is a bike and hike trail through the cornfields and wetlands behind the units, providing a quiet country feel while being very close to shopping and dining too.

I love living here! I have never had to wait on maintenance and they seem to really care. Oh and totally sound proof townhouses. My neighbor had 2 toddlers, a cat, and a dog and I ever heard a thing.

Our dishwasher was clogged. Maintenance was quick to respond and not only corrected the problem but also gave me some tips on how to reset it should the problem happen again.
